Why Working Harder Won’t Get You to Your Next $100K—But This Will
you are repelling easy money
Many high-achieving women think "being in alignment" means constantly working on their energy or being in a business, but that's just another form of exhaustion.

Instead, alignment is about strategically leveraging your experience, intuition, and desires—without being emotionally over-invested 24/7.
So, stop chasing leads and start leading. Yourself, first.
When people see that I hit my $10K+ months in less than 40 days (I started my Substack business at the beginning of February), they either:
a) Don’t believe it - but I can’t do anything about it.
b) Think it’s impossible for them.
Here’s the thing: The reason I can move so fucking fast? I structure my business around all of me—not just tactics and strategies.
Step 1: Sort Out Your Inner Shit
This means getting clear on your desires and learning to listen to this guidance—not just your goals.
I teach my 3D Mantra in my programs: once you have this, then a profitable business is all only about Daily Decisions around Desires.
Typically, this initial phase follows a crisis in an existing business, or if you’re lucky enough to start this early, before you even launch your business. If done right, this phase takes 3-9 months and is usually a non-sexy $0 phase.
But, woman, knowing this? It’s such a game-changer.
Step 2: Use Your 10+ Years of Business and Personal Experience
I build my business around evergreen strategies, leveraging everything I already know—stuff I’ve learned from real experience. You’ve likely been on this planet for more than two decades (if you’re reading this), so use your experience as one of your biggest assets.
This phase takes me anywhere from 20 to 120 days to hit my financial goal.
When I only relied on my business skills like a fucking robot, my growth followed the usual coaching industry path: six figures in 12 months, seven figures in 1-3 years. But as I learned the hard way—if you keep forcing it without addressing your inner shit (alignment—see Step 1), you’ll eventually burn out, shut everything down, or end up resenting the whole damn thing.
I’ve been there, and so have many other businesswomen.
I walked away from a business that was consuming my time and my emotional, mental and physical energy, and the moment I did that - the whole thing collapsed.
Like debt and loosing 100K+ in bad investment.
So, if you're rebuilding a business and feel like you've hit a wall—not just a plateau—or if you’re starting from scratch, STOP.
Get your inner stability and security sorted first (Magnetic Business actually helps with this inner healing and clarity so well that you’ll want to apply it to all areas of your life - I do).
Then go make your business fucking thrive.
Because when the shitstorm comes (and it will), you won’t freak out. You won’t shut it all down. You won’t spiral into “I need to learn another business skill” mode.
You’ll stay calm AF in the middle of the storm, knowing you’ve got this.
Your intuition, your feelings, and your energy are your next greatest business strategies (right after your raw experience).
They put you light years ahead of anyone still stuck in the "work harder" mentality. But only if you stop ignoring this money-making assets you already have.
So If You Want to Sell Without Selling, Listen Up
You don’t need more leads.
You don’t need more time to do “stuff”.
You don’t need to be "consistent"—and for the love of everything, stop forcing yourself to push harder when you’re exhausted.
What you actually need to make a shit-ton of money is to stop overriding your own instincts (again: back to step 1).
You are smart. Driven. Magnetic. But right now, you're unknowingly blocking your own success if you don’t listen - to yourself.
And before you roll your eyes at another vague “just align your energy” statement—let me break it down for you:
Emotional and Intuitive Work Is Real Work—and You’ve Been Giving It Away for Free
You’ve built a business. You’ve shown up. You’ve done everything "right." And yet, something still feels off. Why?
Because the invisible emotional labor you’re carrying—the deep-level energy shifts, the space-holding, the intuitive problem-solving—is WORK. And yet, you believe it’s something you should only do for others (sound familiar?).
And if you’re not getting paid for it, you’re running a charity, not a business.
Worse, you’re charging based on the delivery of results or the hours you spend. You’re holding mental, emotional, and even spiritual space for your clients. It’s time to factor that into the value of your next offer.
And that’s exactly why so many women struggle to make money effortlessly or scale without them being present all the time.
So, two things here: Your everything that isn’t business-y (your ability to know yourself and lead others through intuition) is money left on the table. No wonder you’re competing on prices based on tactical work. You’re essentially measuring yourself and others by tangible results—hours and numbers.
And that is exhausting!
The Lie You’ve Been Sold About “Real Work”
We’ve been conditioned to believe that only tangible, numbers-driven tasks count as work.
And those deep, energetic shifts we facilitate—the ones that actually move the needle? They are worth charging for.
So, what do we do instead?
We overdeliver. We undercharge. We give away our magic for free and then wonder why we feel exhausted, unseen, and resentful.
Meanwhile, some egocentric asshole less skilled, less intuitive, and far less emotionally invested is out there charging double, triple, quadruple—and getting it without question.
You Can’t Scale a Business While Acting Like an Underpaid Therapist
Most women start their businesses ready to serve. We want to help. We want to make an impact. But then we fall into the trap of overgiving and undercharging.
We hope people will see the value and just offer to pay us more.
That’s not how it works.
So why are you treating yourself like an unpaid intern in your own business?
Radical Self-Owning: You Either Claim It, or You Stay Stuck
Here’s your wake-up call: Nobody will value your work until you decide it’s valuable.
Nobody will respect your time, energy, or expertise until you do.
This isn’t just about being more confident—it’s about full-scale, radical self-ownership.
Charge for the transformation you provide—not just the time you spend.
Expect reciprocity, not gratitude.
Own your power instead of waiting for permission to use it.
Be unapologetic about making money.
Because here’s the truth: Men don’t hesitate to ask for the sale. They don’t question whether they “deserve” to be paid. They take up space, and they expect to be compensated for it.
Meanwhile, we’ve been taught that doing the same makes us “too much.”
No, babe. We’re just done working for free.
Women Are Built to Run Businesses Like Matriarchs, Not Like Men
Another lie that’s keeping you stuck? The idea that you have to do business like a man to succeed.
The hyper-masculine "bro marketing" playbook is built on force, one-track focus, and pushing harder. That shit is exhausting.
Women? We are multidimensional. We lead with vision. We strategize intuitively. We hold space, innovate, and create massive shifts—all without forcing a damn thing.
That’s not a weakness. That’s an unfair advantage.
But instead of using it, we try to squeeze ourselves into a system that was never designed for us. And then we wonder why it feels so hard.
Stop Letting a Broken System Define Your Worth
The system wasn’t built for us to thrive. It conditions us to undervalue ourselves, to be grateful for scraps, and to apologize for taking up space.
But a woman who fully owns her worth? Who charges, leads, and commands without hesitation?
She’s a problem.
To a world that profits off her self-doubt.
To industries that expect her to keep over-giving and undercharging.
To people who benefit from her endless emotional labor.
So, what’s it going to be?
Are you going to keep carrying the weight of a system designed to keep you small?
Or are you finally going to step into the kind of leadership that attracts, earns, and expands effortlessly?
Because the moment you do? You become untouchable.
And that’s when the money, the power, and the right people start showing up—because now, you’re the energy they’ve been waiting for.
So stop waiting for permission. Take it.
